Monkey Bars!  My friend made these and I FELL IN LOVE.  This is what she has to say about them:
Got the recipe from moneysavingmom.com, and tweaked it a bit. 1 Mashed banana 2-4 scoops chocolate protein powder 1.5 Cups rolled or quick oats 2 T Flax seed, ground .25 Cup shredded coconut .25 Cup peanut butter .25 Cup coconut oil or butter, melted .25 Cup water Organic dark chocolate This recipe calls for raisins. I omitted. Mix all ingredients, except for chocolate, in a bowl. Spread into plastic-lined 8X8” pan. Melt chocolate in microwave on 25 second bursts, stirring between, or melt in saucepan on stove, stirring constantly. Spread chocolate over oaty concoction. I spread on only half, so I could have some without that extra sugar on top. Place pan in freezer for 2 hours. Slice into bars, wrap individually in plastic, and keep in fridge or freezer.
